Windows 10 is Here

Windows 10 is Here

You may have heard about Microsoft’s newest operating system, Windows 10, officially released July 29th. Microsoft has begun prompting users to upgrade through a desktop icon.  We do not recommend dental practices upgrade to Windows 10 at this time.

Most dental software and applications in our industry are not fully compatible with the new operating system. It is typical for practice management software, digital imaging software, and digital imaging equipment to slowly adopt new operating systems to ensure complete functionality. If/when your practice is prompted to upgrade to Windows 10 through an icon on the bottom right hand side of your desktop, just ignore the prompt.

If you have any questions regarding Windows 10 and how it pertains to your practice, please give us a call!
