Here’s how it works . . .
- Review the official rules placed at the bottom of this page.
- Create a CBS Sports Profile and join our NCAA DDS Challenge Group HERE.
- (If you already have a profile, click the link to join our Challenge Group and log in with your CBS Sports Profile credentials)
- Make bracket picks between Sunday, March 12th, and Thursday, March 16th at 10 a.m. CST (we’ll remind you).
- Medix prize winners will be notified ASAP!
Everyone has a chance to enter their bracket for a chance to win CBS’s grand prize of four tickets to the Final Four games of the 2024 NCAA® Division I Men’s College Basketball Tournament by creating one of the top brackets. Our Onyx-level partners that participate will have the chance to win the following Medix prizes:

Scoring:
- First Round: Each correct pick is worth 1 point. There is no bonus applied.
- Second Round: Each correct pick is worth 2 points. There is no bonus applied.
- Sweet 16 ®: Each correct pick is worth 4 points. There is no bonus applied.
- Elite 8 ®: Each correct pick is worth 8 points. There is no bonus applied.
- Final Four ®: Each correct pick is worth 16 points. There is no bonus applied.
- Championship: Each correct pick is worth 32 points. There is no bonus applied.
Tiebreaker:
The total score of the Championship game.
Constitution:
Purposely filling out your bracket to win last place will result in disqualification from the tournament.
