What is Weave?
Weave is a VoIP (digital) phone system made specifically for the dental industry. Weave combines all practice communications into one system, helping to strengthen patient relationships and catch otherwise missed revenue opportunities. Weave integrates with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and many other PMS platforms.
How do I transition to Weave?
Check Your Internet Speed.
As with any VoIP system, it’s important to have a strong and reliable internet connection to ensure communications won’t be interrupted. We strongly recommend a minimum internet connection of 20MB download and 2MB upload speed. Conduct a simple speed test by clicking here, and clicking ‘Begin Test.’
Check Your Phone Contract.
If you’re currently in an existing contract with a phone provider, you may be subject to early termination fees. Check your contract date to determine the best time to revisit switching to a VoIP system. Our team can help ensure a seamless transition!
